Isabelle Campeau-Hunziker, Ph.D./Psy.D.

Isabelle Campeau-Hunziker completed her doctorate (Ph.D./Psy.D.) in psychology at Université du Québec à Montréal in october 2024. She previously completed her bachelor’s degree in psychology at McGill University in 2018. Her doctoral research focused on self-compassion and materialism, specifically how self-compassion helps limit a materialistic orientation. Isabelle also collaborated on other research projects, including greenwashing and implicit motives during her studies. As for her clinical background, she gained experience in private clinics as an intern and doctoral student with an adult clientele. She continues to pursue her clinical interests, in which authenticity, compassion and caring are at the heart of her interventions, and will soon be practicing as a member of the Ordre des psychologues du Québec in private practice.

Laurence Beaudoin, Psy.D.
Qu’est-ce qui contribue à l’épuisement professionnel des leaders? Le rôle de la trichotomie de la motivation et du style de leadership [What contributes to leadership burnout? The role of the trichotomy of motivation and leadership style] (completed on january 17, 2024)
Laurence Beaudoin completed her doctorate (Psy.D.) in psychology at the Université du Québec à Montréal in january 2024. She also completed her bachelor’s degree in psychology at University of Montreal in 2019. Her doctoral dissertation focused on leadership. More specifically, she is interested in motivation, as well as the psychological health of leaders. Laurence has worked as an internal and external consultant in various public, parapublic and private companies. She has honed her skills in organizational development, psychological health in the workplace, psychological harassment in the workplace, and work climate analysis. Laurence then completed her final internship in clinical psychology. She trained in an integrative psychodynamic approach. She is interested in personality and interpersonal issues. Laurence is currently a member of the Ordre des psychologues du Québec in private practice, as well as in the public sector in primary and secondary adult mental health.

Camille Racine, Ph.D./Psy.D.
Le rôle de la présence attentive dans la prévention du trouble de stress post-traumatique chez les pompiers [The role of mindfulness in the prevention of post-traumatic stress disorder in firefighters] (defense on march 29, 2023)

Camille Racine completed her studies in psychology at the Université du Québec à Montréal, where she obtained her bachelor’s degree, Honor profile, in 2017. She then completed her doctorate (Ph.D./Psy.D.) in psychology and obtained these degrees under the supervision of Kaspar Philipp Schattke in 2023. Her doctoral research focused on post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in firefighters and the role of mindful presence as a protective factor. Her thesis involved two studies, one of which was prospective, involving firefighters from various Quebec municipalities. The main aim of her research was to test mechanisms of action focusing on emotional regulation in emergency personnel. During her time at the 3M laboratory, Camille has also been involved in a number of research projects in work and organizational psychology, notably on implicit and explicit motives and motivation at work. Camille completed her clinical training working in outpatient psychiatry and is currently practicing as a psychologist member of the Ordre des psychologues du Québec in assessment and adult clinical psychotherapy.

Ariane S. Marion-Jetten, Ph.D.
Le rôle de la présence attentive dans le développement, la prévention et la gestion des impasses décisionnelles [The role of attentive presence in the development, prevention and management of decision-making impasses] (defense on june 20, 2022)
Ariane S. Marion-Jetten is a postdoctoral researcher at Universität Hamburg in Germany. She received her bachelor’s honours degree from McGill University in 2016 and her doctorate (Ph.D.) in work and organizational psychology from the Université du Québec à Montréal in 2022. Her research focuses on motivation, with an emphasis on implicit motives, goal pursuit, and obstacles in goal pursuit. Her doctoral thesis examined how mindfulness influences the development of action crises in each phase of goal pursuit, from goal selection to accomplishment or disengagement as well as the mechanisms of this relation. Her postdoctoral work focuses on biological health correlates of different aspects of motivation and goal pursuit.

Felix A. Proulx, Ph.D./Psy.D.
JD-R model in Entrepreneurship : The Impacts of Job Demands and Resources on Well-being and Performance (defense on april 21, 2022)

Felix A. Proulx is a professor in organizational psychology at the University of Quebec in Chicoutimi and a licensed clinical psychologist registered with the Ordre des psychologues du Québec and Ontario. In private practice, he works with adults and couples on issues such as stress, anxiety, self-esteem, burnout, depression, and relationship difficulties. He completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Quebec in Trois-Rivières, funded by the Fonds de recherche du Québec – Société et culture, after earning a a doctorate (Ph.D./Psy.D.) in work and organizational psychology from the University of Montreal and a certificate in organizational behavior from Harvard University. Trained in advanced statistics and structural equation modeling, he possesses in-depth expertise in complex statistical analysis. In his academic role, he teaches, conducts research, and publishes on motivation, recovery, performance, and psychological health at work. As an independent consultant, he has worked with Deloitte, Optimum Talent, and Mindspace, providing expertise in organizational development, human resources management, process optimization, psychometric assessment, change management, and organizational transformations.
