Anne-Julie Roy

Anne-Julie Roy holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the Université du Québec à Montréal. Driven by the desire to combine research and intervention, she is currently an independent doctoral student in psychology and works as a human relations officer at the Institut universitaire en santé mentale de Montréal, within the psychotic disorders clinic. Wishing to continue her academic career by integrating the doctorate in psychology to specialize in work and organizational psychology, she is particularly interested in goal disengagement, psychological health in the workplace, and psychological interventions. With this in mind, she joined the 3M laboratory in September 2023 to deepen her research interests by getting involved in projects focusing on the process of disengagement from specific goals as well as the impact of greenwashing on various organizational aspects.
