Undergraduate Studies

Research assistantship
A research assistantship is a great way to develop your knowledge, skills, and competencies in research. Research assistants are involved in a variety of tasks and projects and are also expected to attend the laboratory’s monthly meetings.

Honours thesis
The honours thesis is an excellent opportunity to carry out a research project during the third year of your bachelor’s degree. It is the best way to prepare for graduate studies. Each year, the 3M Laboratory welcomes psychology students completing their honours thesis. Honours thesis students work in close collaboration with their supervisor as well as with other members of the team.

Graduate Studies

Master’s applications
Dr. Geneviève Taylor generally accepts master’s students in career counselling with a research-intervention profile.

Doctoral applications
Dr. Kaspar Philipp Schattke and Dr. Geneviève Taylor generally accept doctoral students in psychology, specializing in work and organizational psychology and education. The choice of profile (research, intervention, or research-intervention) should correspond to the candidate’s career goals.
